Kinzie had to do a report on the state of Virginia. She also had to do a project of choice to represent the state. We chose to do a parade float. Thanks to Grandpa Hodgson we had a Cannon to go on top. 
This is the state flower the Dogwood.
This is the state seal.
And finally, the state bird the Cardinal. The float was a success Mckinzie's teacher asked to keep it to display in the classroom for future students.

That float really does look so good. I'm impressed. Kinzi, you did an awesome job!!
That float reminds me of a float Kristi did on Maryland when she was about Kinzi's age. Way to go girls!
